- Your order will be despatched with 48 hours of receipt of order.
- Shortages or damages should be notified to us within 1 working day of receipt of your order. Your full order will be despatched together, unless we notify you regarding low stock. Where possible, please let us have a contact telephone number and full postal address, including any postcode to prevent delivery delays. (Any information regarding your address or telephone number will be treated with the strictest confidence.)
- Our minimum order on-line is a box of 6 (any combination).
- Delivery charges for the Republic of Ireland are based on courier delivery. Delivery charges for Northern Ireland, UK , Europe and the Rest of the World are based on DHL delivery charges.
When your goods are delivered please check on signing that:
- You have received the correct parcel/s and that there is no parcel/s damaged or missing.
- Once you have signed for the parcel/s there is no comeback if a parcel is found to be missing.
- Orders will usually be delivered within 5 - 7 working days from receipt of order. Please allow for longer delivery times during the Christmas period.
- Carriage charges on goods refused by the customer will be charged to the customer.
- Goods returned to us without our consent will be refused. There will be a 5 euro administration fee for returned goods unless the goods are faulty or defective.
- All goods remain the property of Crossogue Preserves until paid for in full.
- Customers who place orders fully accept our trading terms and conditions.
- If goods are out of stock we will contact you by email to offer sending you the nearest substitute or issue you with a credit note. This will be confirmed prior to despatch.
- Due to any manufacturing increases we reserve the right to increase prices without prior notice.
- Further, under the Republic of Ireland Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. We can only accept returns of completed product, which is unused and in an 'as new' condition. There will be an administration charge for processing your return.
- To cancel your order, please pack the relevant item securely and attach your personalised return label and send it to us with the delivery paperwork so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day that the item was delivered to you.
- For your benefit and protection, when you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a delivery service that is either recorded or track-able. Please not that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
- We arrange for collection of the tiem from you residence but at your cost.
- You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.
- Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.
- As soon as we receive written notice of the cancellation of your order, together with the returned item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

- We do not share your information with any 3rd party other than for the normal purposes of processing payments and for despatching goods where we provide the delivery company with your name and delivery address details.
- We do not store any information other than required to fulfil your order.
- We do not hold your card details.
- We use very secure servers that are tested on a regular basis to ensure continued security.
- We will not pass on your email address to any third party for the purposes of marketing or advertising.
