All our preserves are hand-produced in small batches to give our jams, jellies, marmalades, curds, coulis, chutneys and relishes a unique and distinctive, full-flavour. They are made using traditional cooking methods and contain no artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Join us at the Craft Fair at the grounds of Leixlip Castle on Sat 12 May from 10am - 5pm (in aid of restoration of St. Mary's Church, Leixlip).  Come along for a fun family day out with Tours of the Castle on this special day.  You will also have the opportunity to taste and buy our tasty preserves.

That Something Special!

Are you looking for that extra special personal touch to your wedding favors or birthday party!!  We have launched a new range of hand made jam wedding favours. These cute mini pots are ideal memorable favors with the couples name and wedding date printed on the labels of your favourite jam.  Or, for that special birthday treat, a reminder for your guests of your special day and date!  At present, the small 37g jars have been a great success and are elegantly presented in organza bags for your guests to take home.
